You may use Blue Springs Connect only if you are at least 18 and using it in the United States.

General support — not healthcare

The app provides education, encouragement, organization, planning, and optional practice. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, insurance determination, legal advice, job placement, or school admission. It is not a medical device or patient portal.

Emergencies

Call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency. Call or text 988 for crisis support.

Your content

You are responsible for text you enter. Do not invent jobs, licenses, or achievements on a résumé. Because this build stores work on the device, Blue Springs cannot recover it if the device is lost.

Treatment services are separate

Using the app does not create a patient relationship, apply for treatment, or affect eligibility for Blue Springs Wellness services.
