Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes the current device-local version of Blue Springs Connect. It does not govern treatment records, admissions submissions, or the Blue Springs Wellness clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.

What this build stores

Workspace data — preferences, favorites, plans, résumé text you type, and game progress — stays in this browser profile on this device. Blue Springs staff cannot see it. Quick Answers uses a curated local guide; questions are not sent to Blue Springs or any AI provider and are not saved after you leave Quick Answers.

This is local browser storage, not encrypted secure storage. Anyone who can use the same browser profile, and browser extensions with site access, may be able to read it. Use a private profile on a shared device and delete local app data when you are finished.

What we do not collect

Do not enter medical records, substance-use history, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank credentials, or passwords. This app is not designed for that information.

Cloud accounts

Cloud accounts are not enabled in this build. If a later authorized version adds cloud sync, this policy and store disclosures will be updated first.

Hosting and external links

Opening this website necessarily sends ordinary connection data — such as IP address, browser or device information, time, and the requested page — to the OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure that delivers and protects the site. Application observability is disabled in this release, and Blue Springs does not use the app to collect these request logs. The hosting providers may process limited security and operational records under their service terms and retention settings. This does not give Blue Springs access to your saved workspace.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary __cf_bm bot-management cookie to distinguish automated requests and protect the site. It expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity and is not used by Blue Springs for advertising or analytics. Cloudflare may process this security data where it operates under its service terms and privacy policy.

When you open an external admissions, crisis, government, map, social-media, email, call, or text link, that destination or carrier receives the ordinary information needed to complete the request, and its own privacy policy applies.

Exports and deletion

Workspace exports are plaintext JSON files and may contain résumé, job, goal, or planning details you entered. Store them privately and delete any synced or backup copies separately. The Data and deletion page can remove this app's local browser data without opening a workspace.

Before an import replaces the visible workspace, the app keeps one verified pre-import recovery checkpoint in this browser. If unreadable local data is detected, it may also keep a raw recovery copy. Help and settings lets you download, restore when supported, or remove these copies; Reset all app data removes them with the workspace.
